Dr. Linda Jarvis Brown
I have been in the health care profession for 40 years. I started as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in 1984. The majority of my career was in critical care units. I am an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and who opened my own IV therapy business in April 2024. I retired from the VA hospital June 2025 after almost 30 years of federal government service. I am focusing on full-time dedicating myself to growing and providing my clients with the best service to improve overall health. I now have a PhD in Nursing which provided me the discipline to execute procedures and policies to stay current on the most innovative technology.
​I create an environment for my clients that fosters healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. God has endowed me with the capacity to engage with clients at their level and address their specific requirements.

I have gained unmeasurable knowledge in the medical field and customer care service over the past 40 years. I am a compassionate empathetic woman with excellent communication skills, clinical skills and organizational skills that will benefit me and my clients in this journey.

ABOUT THE BUSINESS
Who are we?
Healing Waters IV Therapy, PLLC is a concierge IV hydration service located in Durham, NC. Our services are provided by nurse practitioners experienced in IV infusion administration and supervised by a Board-Certified Medical Director. Our treatments are not intended to cure but are customized to enhance and improve our client’s overall well-being. We offer customized infusions and injections to enhance immunity, boost energy, aid in weight loss, minimize the effects of aging, and more. Our pharmacies have assisted with developing various vitamin combinations designed to address a range of common health concerns that could be improved with natural vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes. All of our vendors are FDA 503B and 503A compounding pharmacies.
The Problem
Most adults are unaware that they are possibly dehydrated. Between dealing with work, home life, and leisure, we neglect to replenish our bodies adequately from fluids to the proper replacement of electrolytes. This results in chronic dehydration. Dehydration leads to fatigue, irritability, and a decrease in cognitive function and overall wellness.
Our solution
In order to safely give quick relief in the cellular level, micronutrient therapy, also known as IV hydration, is the way to solve this problem. This unique treatment administers vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants directly into the bloodstream. This route of administration allows the body to absorb close to 100% of the nutrients, whereas oral intake (food or supplements) absorbs as little as 10-50% depending on the health of the individual’s digestive tract. Receiving these vital nutrients intravenously bypasses the liver and gut, providing our cells with exactly what they need, and the body excretes the remainder. This does not substitute oral intake of fluids or foods containing various nutrients. This treatment is for the restoration and replenishment of nutrients and fluids that mostly healthy individuals may lack on a daily basis.
